Grad To Do List, June 2010

Today:

• Check and intial the list for the spelling of your name for grad program

• Check and intial the list for your name to appear on your diploma (first, middle, last)

• Check and intial your name on the list to receive a bilingual certificate

• Check the community service hours list re students who have not completed hours

• Sign-up for "in-house" scholarships

• Complete post secondary plans, if known

• Complete 'grad survey'

• Report any errors or omissions to Student Services immediately

Before June 16, 2010^th

• Inform Student Services office whether or not you will be attending graduation ceremony

• Request additional seating for guests in Student Services office

• Complete form in Student Services indicating post secondary destination/scholarships/awards etc.

• Complete thank-you form and return to Student Services

• Pay 10$ grad fee to main office

• Complete your communiy service hours to be in the grad program

• Check your OCAS/OUAC grades reports to ensure accuracy

• Accept an offer of admission by deadline indicated

• Apply for OSAP, for scholarship by June 30^th for September, 2010

• Submit night school/ e-learning marks to Student Services office ASAP prior to June 23, 2010^rd

June 27-28, 2010

• Check phone messages/email, etc. re possible failures/ impact on graduation
